Community Guidelines

Community Rules

1. Any discriminatory behavior is not accepted. Racism, sexism, homophobia, or bigotry is prohibited under any circumstance.
2. Threats of any kind are unacceptable. Some examples include but are not limited to DOS, DDOS, Dox, Swatting, etc.
3. Golden Valley Roleplay is an 18+ Community and does not make exceptions. Lying about age is prohibited.
4. Golden Valley Roleplay is a North American-based community. You are required to speak and understand English fluently. If you are multilingual, you are allowed to speak in another language in RP as long as the scene is still able to progress.
5. Any politically driven conversations or arguments are not allowed. We are a gaming community, not a debate community.
6. Please talk with other members in a respectful manner. Talking down to or in a demeaning manner is not allowed.
7. Out-of-roleplay drama is not allowed.
8. Golden Valley Roleplay is a whitelisted community, meaning a person seeking to progress into the higher positions within the community, is required to fill out applications and possibly interview for said interested position. Special treatment is not handed out to anyone, meaning everyone has equal opportunities for positions within the community.
9. Server Management is allowed to amend the rules as they see fit.

Dual Clanning Policy

1. In Golden Valley RP, we allow all non-management members of the community to dual-clan with zero repercussions. This means any member holding a high-command rank within a department, or administration staff rank within the server may only be a civilian within other communities.

Content Creation Guidelines

1. As a whitelisted community, we trust our members. With that being said, anyone who would like to record on the server can do so, but they must follow our guidelines.
2. You can only record/stream the FiveM server part of the community during patrols.
3. If you are on a Discord call while recording/streaming, all members must be a part of GVRP or on a public channel within the private Discord.
4. As a content creator, keep in mind you are representing Golden Valley RP, so please act in a mature, respectful, and responsible manner.

Discord Rules

1. Do not stream, record, or take screenshots of our private Discords and post them for public eyes to see. This includes sending recordings or screenshots in DMs to people that are not whitelisted.
2. Our nickname format is first initial and full last name, with your callsign in front of your name (XXX | F. Lastname). Please refrain from editing your nickname unless explicitly asked or told to.
3. If you have a lot of background noise, we ask that you please use push to talk while in a voice channel.
